What Is Thermasolv CF2 Used For?
Typical uses include single-phase immersion cooling, cold plate or tube direct cooling and dielectric testing. In addition, it can act as a tacky agent for preform die-attach soldering.
Efficient Heat Transfer
Thermal conductivity of 0.115 W/m-K and very low surface tension (15 dynes/cm) give strong heat transfer. Meanwhile, low viscosity (1.35 cSt at 20°C) and a pour point of -110°C keep the system running smoothly from -95°C to 100°C.

It is compatible with all metals and a wide range of plastics and elastomers. It also has strong chemical stability. As a result, it suits most immersion tanks and cold plate systems.
