Engineered for the modern SMT line, the DP5’s slim design lets it pass through even the lowest-clearance ovens, with the smallest model measuring just 11.7 mm high and weighing only 0.3 kg. In addition, its advanced Bluetooth® technology enables real-time data transmission over a range of up to 5 metres, so process engineers can monitor thermal profiles instantly on a PC or mobile device without waiting for the logger to exit the oven.

A rugged, stainless steel case houses the unit, and engineers typically pair it with high-performance thermal barriers to withstand extreme temperatures for extended durations. Each Type K thermocouple channel measures from -100°C to 1,370°C with an accuracy of ±0.5°C, and the logger stores up to 50,000 readings per channel across as many as 10 profile runs before it needs a PC download.
