Why Choose Our Cooling and Cleaning Chemicals?
High Dielectric Strength
Dielectric strength of up to 79 kV, so electronics can be cooled or cleaned safely while under power.
Wide Boiling Point Range
Boiling points range from 26°C to 170°C, so there is a fluid to suit single-phase, two-phase and direct-to-chip systems.
Low Environmental Impact
There are low to ultra-low GWP options, for example IM6 with a GWP of 1. In addition, much of the range has zero ozone depletion potential.
Safer Handling
Quicksolv solvents and many Thermasolv fluids are non-flammable, which also supports safer use in working environments.
Low Viscosity
Low viscosity fluids help reduce pump strain, so coolant keeps circulating efficiently.
Fast Evaporation
Quicksolv solvents evaporate quickly, so parts are ready for the next stage sooner.
Single-Phase vs Two-Phase Immersion Cooling: What’s the Difference?
In single-phase immersion cooling, the fluid stays liquid. It absorbs heat from the submerged electronics and is then pumped through a heat exchanger to cool down. For example, the Thermasolv CF range has higher boiling points (98°C to 170°C).
In two-phase immersion cooling, on the other hand, the fluid boils. It turns to vapour on hot components, then condenses on a cooled coil and drips back into the bath. As a result, these fluids have low boiling points, such as Thermasolv IM2 (49°C) and IM6 (47°C).
In short, single-phase keeps the fluid liquid, while two-phase uses boiling and condensing to move heat away faster.
Live Cleaning vs Offline Cleaning: What’s the Difference?
Offline cleaning means switching equipment off first. Electrical panels and assemblies are powered down, cleaned and then brought back online, which can stop production.
Live cleaning, on the other hand, happens while the power stays on. For example, Quicksolv Fides is a non-flammable dielectric cleaner with dielectric strength above 60 kV. As a result, it removes light oils and dust from live electrical panels without switching off the power.
In short, live cleaning keeps equipment running, while offline cleaning needs a shutdown first.
