Promosolv DE4 is a non-flammable defluxing solvent from Inventec Performance Chemicals, developed as a drop-in replacement for trichlorethylene, NPB and phased-out Novec 72DA. It is designed for removing reflowed flux residues and contaminants from PCBAs, power modules, lead frames, BGAs, PoP, SIP applications and LED assemblies.
