PRT 2091 NV is a heavy, high-density microdenier wipe for the most delicate cleaning jobs. It is made for semiconductor and optics work where scratches and particles are not an option. As a result, it suits cleanrooms from ISO Class 4 to 9 and GMP Grade A to D.
Why choose PRT 2091 NV wipes?
Critical surfaces need a wipe that is both gentle and very clean. For this reason, PRT 2091 NV uses a soft blend of 80% polyester and 20% nylon. It lifts oils and tiny particles without scratching sensitive surfaces.
Each wipe is made from 100% continuous-filament yarn. In addition, the wipes are laundered in 17 MΩ deionised water for high purity. The edges are laser-cut to seal the fibres, so the borders do not shed.
At 240 g/m² and 0.53 mm thick, these wipes are also very strong. Therefore, they hold up well during firm wiping.
