Process2Wipe® IPA70 12″ × 12″ Sterile Wipes
Process2Wipe® IPA70 12″ × 12″ sterile wipes are pre-saturated with 70% USP Isopropyl Alcohol and 30% Water for Injection, providing a ready-to-use solution for cleaning and disinfecting critical surfaces in controlled and cleanroom environments.
The 12″ × 12″ wipes are constructed from 100% continuous filament knitted polyester and are specifically designed to provide high cleanliness and absorbency. The knitted construction helps entrap particulates, residues and foreign matter within the webbing while providing resistance to abrasion and picking.

Ready-to-Use Sterile Cleanroom Wipes
Process2Wipe® IPA70 wipes are ready to use and pre-saturated with VAI®’s 70% USP Isopropyl Alcohol and 30% USP Water for Injection solution. The pre-saturated format helps prevent overuse of chemicals and can reduce costs compared with using trigger sprayers or gallon pour bottles.
The wipes can be used for aseptic and non-aseptic wipe downs of filling and packaging machinery, stainless steel surfaces, Lexan, polycarbonate, glass and other critical surfaces requiring cleaning.
12″ × 12″ Knitted Polyester Construction
The 12″ × 12″ Process2Wipe® IPA70 wipe is manufactured from 100% continuous filament knitted polyester. The material has been specifically designed to provide high cleanliness and absorbency for critical cleaning applications.
The knitted construction and pattern help entrap particulates, residues and foreign matter within the wipe webbing. The construction also provides resistance to abrasion and picking, supporting cleaning performance and product integrity during use.

Cleanroom Manufacturing and Sterility
Process2Wipe® wipes are laundered and packaged in ISO 4 conditions before being closed filled in an ISO 7 cleanroom (Grade B). The wipes are subsequently terminally sterilized to a 10-6 sterility assurance level.
The 70% USP Isopropyl Alcohol and 30% USP Water for Injection solution is filtered at 0.2 microns. Individual lots are completely traceable, sterility tested according to the current USP compendium and validated for sterility and shelf life.
Each lot is delivered with lot-specific analytical, irradiation, conformance, sterility and LAL data tested to the current USP compendium.
ABCD Cleanroom Introduction System®
Process2Wipe® sterile wipes are available using the ABCD Cleanroom Introduction System®, a packaging system designed to allow operators to take the package through each level of classified areas by removing one bag at a time.
Each bag acts as a barrier to help protect the finished product from becoming a carrier of viable and non-viable contamination. Sterilized groups of containers are contained within two outer bags, while individual containers are additionally contained within two easy-tear bags.
Peel and Reseal Packaging
The wipes are packaged in opaque, ported, peel and reseal style bags. The peel and reseal packaging allows continued use after opening while helping maintain the controlled packaging environment.
Each sterile wiper bag is double-bag packaged and available through the ABCD Cleanroom Introduction System® for easy introduction into core and other critical environments.

Process2Wipe® IPA70 contains 70% USP Isopropyl Alcohol and 30% Water for Injection. The solution is filtered at 0.2 microns and is formulated using USP Water for Injection quality water.

Low Shedding and Particulate Control
The knitted polyester construction is designed to support cleanroom cleaning performance while minimising the release of fibres and particulates.
The wipes are laundered in ISO 4 conditions to ensure cleanliness and are manufactured and packaged under controlled cleanroom conditions.
Disinfection Performance
Process2Wipe® IPA70 has been evaluated for bactericidal and yeasticidal activity using mechanical action on non-porous surfaces according to EN 16615:2015.
Testing demonstrated a reduction of at least 5 log against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterococcus hirae, and at least 4 log against Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus at the neat concentration after 2 minutes of contact under the specified test conditions.
Application Instructions
- Clean and dry surfaces prior to disinfection.
- Only use wet wipes.
- Remove one wipe at a time.
- Make sure the surface is completely wetted.
- Allow the product to take effect for at least 2 minutes.
- Discard the wipe after use in a closed container.
- Close the package after opening.
The product may be used multiple times per day if required. The specified contact time is 2 minutes.
