Promosolv 70IS is a non-flammable defluxing solvent from Inventec Performance Chemicals, developed as a drop-in replacement for trichlorethylene, NPB and other solvents while reducing HSE impact. It is dedicated to removing reflowed flux residues and contaminants from PCBAs, power modules, lead frames, BGAs, PoP, SIP applications and LED assemblies.
