The FS BONDTEC 5350HR Heavy Ribbon Wedge-Wedge Bonder can process aluminium ribbons up to 2000×300μm and copper wire from 300 to 500μm. Thanks to its motor-driven Z-axis, operators always work with repeatable results, with every parameter able to be saved to the internal hard disk for consistent performance even after years of use.
Handling on the FS BONDTEC 5350HR is supported by a colour display and shuttle-wheel input, making machine programming very easy. The operator can create different kinds of loops with the manipulator system, and since operators require only a minimum of training, the 5350HR manual bonder is the ideal choice for prototype work, rework and small scale production.
