AB Chimie AVR80 BA Acrylic Removable Coating is a conformal coating designed for electronic circuitry. Non-toxic, flexible, and transparent acrylic coating. AVR80 can easily be stripped, or removed using SND or DNS cleaning solvent, both 100% Ozone Friendly.

Application: AVR80 BA can be applied through spraying, dipping, or brushing. Ensure cleanliness and dryness of PCBAs before coating. The coating’s UV trace allows easy inspection for complete coverage.

Homogenization and Cleaning: Homogenize AVR80 BA before use. Cleaning can enhance adhesion on substrates. ABchimie offers a range of 100% Ozone Friendly cleaning products.

Dip Coating: Thoroughly agitate coating material before immersing PCBAs. Use Acrylic Thinners (DVA BA) for suitable viscosity. Withdraw boards slowly for even coating, ensuring connectors are carefully masked.

Spraying: Thin bulk AVR80 BA with DVA BA R before spraying. Suitable for manual and computer-controlled airless spray equipment. Spray from all directions for even coating.

Brushing: Agitate coating material, gently apply with a high-quality brush, and place boards in an air-circulating drying cabinet.

Drying Times and Curing: Touch dry in 15-20 minutes at room temperature. Full properties after 24 hours. Thermal cure accelerates immediate adhesion.

Double Coating: Usually, one coat suffices. For two coats, apply the second after the first is dry.
