Built for stable and uniform heating, this BGA rework station combines high-accuracy vision positioning with high-precision temperature control for consistent, repeatable results.
Designed with ease of use and low maintenance in mind, the ZM-R7220A BGA Rework Station features an industrial high-definition CCD camera, high-resolution touch screen HMI interface, and automatic placement and desoldering functionality. A built-in pressure sensor system protects the PCB during operation, while real-time temperature monitoring and over-temperature protection safeguard both the board and components throughout the rework process.
