isoXclean™ Tool
The isoXclean™ Tool is a modular frame and extendable handle designed for cleaning hard-to-reach areas in controlled environments. Specifically developed for applications such as isolators, biosafety cabinets, RABS and other hard-to-clean ATF areas, the tool provides controlled and flexible cleaning access while supporting cleanroom requirements up to ISO 5 (GMP A/B).

Designed for Hard-to-Reach Areas
The isoXclean™ Tool has been developed specifically for cleaning areas that are difficult to access using conventional cleaning equipment. Its extendable handle and articulating joint allow the operator to reach restricted areas while maintaining controlled movement of the cleaning frame.
The tool is suitable for applications including isolators, biosafety cabinets, RABS and other hard-to-clean ATF areas.
Modular Tool Design
The isoXclean™ Tool includes the Isolator Tool Frame, Articulating Joint and Extendable Handle. Its modular construction allows the tool to be used with or without the articulating joint, providing flexibility depending on the cleaning application.
The articulating joint provides additional movement and positioning capability when cleaning difficult-to-reach surfaces, while the extendable handle provides additional reach.
Extendable Handle
The handle can be extended from 806 mm to 1187 mm, allowing operators to reach difficult areas without requiring the cleaning frame to be held directly by hand.
The extendable design is particularly suited to cleaning inside isolators, biosafety cabinets, RABS and other restricted or difficult-to-access areas.
MicroIntensive Pad Compatibility
The isoXclean™ Tool features a split-frame finger latch designed to make application and removal of the MicroIntensive Pad easier.
This allows the tool to be used as part of the isoXclean™ cleaning system, with compatible MicroIntensive Pads available separately in sterile and non-sterile configurations.
The tool itself is supplied separately from the cleaning pads.
Dual Limiter for Controlled Cleaning
The isoXclean™ Tool incorporates a dual limiter feature designed to provide stable and controlled cleaning movement. This helps support consistent positioning of the cleaning frame when working on difficult-to-reach surfaces.
Stainless Steel and Glass Cleaning
The tool is suitable for specialty cleaning of residues on stainless steel and glass surfaces. Its design allows the compatible cleaning pad to be positioned and controlled across difficult surfaces and areas.
High Chemical Resistance
The isoXclean™ Tool is manufactured with materials selected to provide high chemical resistance against most disinfectant categories. This supports its use in controlled environment cleaning applications where disinfectants are routinely used.

The isoXclean™ Tool is not subject to transportation regulations for hazardous substances or chemicals. Disposal is possible via landfill or incineration.
