The isoXclean™ Tool is an isolator cleaning tool with a modular frame and extendable handle. It lets you clean hard-to-reach areas in controlled environments up to ISO 5 (GMP A/B).
It was built for isolators, biosafety cabinets, RABS and other hard-to-clean ATF areas. As a result, operators get controlled, flexible cleaning access where standard equipment cannot reach.

An Isolator Cleaning Tool for Hard-to-Reach Areas
Some areas are hard to reach with conventional cleaning equipment. However, the extendable handle and articulating joint let operators reach these spots while keeping the frame under control.
Modular Tool Design
The tool includes the Isolator Tool Frame, Articulating Joint and Extendable Handle. Thanks to its modular design, you can use it with or without the articulating joint, depending on the job.
The joint adds extra movement and positioning on awkward surfaces. Meanwhile, the extendable handle adds reach.
Extendable Handle
The handle extends from 806 mm to 1187 mm. So operators can reach difficult areas without holding the frame by hand.
For example, this design is ideal inside isolators, biosafety cabinets, RABS and other restricted spaces.
MicroIntensive Pad Compatibility
A split-frame finger latch makes it easy to fit and remove the MicroIntensive Pad. Therefore, the tool works as part of the complete isoXclean™ cleaning system.
Compatible pads come in sterile and non-sterile versions. Please note that we sell the tool and pads separately.
Dual Limiter for Controlled Cleaning
A dual limiter feature keeps cleaning movement stable and controlled. In turn, this helps you position the frame consistently on hard-to-reach surfaces.
Stainless Steel and Glass Cleaning
The tool suits specialty cleaning of residues on stainless steel and glass. In addition, its design lets you guide the pad across difficult surfaces with ease.
High Chemical Resistance
Its materials offer high chemical resistance against most disinfectant categories. As a result, it holds up well in areas where teams use disinfectants every day.
