The SVD-MoH with manual handling horizontally goes through either One-Step or Two-Step ultrasonic cleaning and follows by vapourising & drying. Sonictron’s 2-Stage Ultrasonic Vapour Cleaning Machine SDV-MoH10 includes:

• One boiling sump and rinse sump to accommodate basket size approx 180 x 180 x 200mm
• PLC controlled operation with coloured touch screen HMI
• Two free-board cooling systems
• Primary 2 – 5 Deg C
• Secondary Cooling 0 – -15 Deg C
• Molecular sieve for water absorption
• Ultrasonic power applied to each tank
• Auto-close lid to minimise evaporation
• Solvent jetting under immersion (optional)
• Power consumption is typically 415 AC/ 25 A

Machines can be customised for a hybrid process and different tank sizes are available upon request.
