SSC-SA / SSC-M Semi-Aqueous Stencil Cleaner

The SSC-SA, design with easily loaded lifting mechanism by the just slot in for the Stencil or PCB with holder onto Flexi-adjust spring carrier. The carrier caters for a max size up to 750mm with top enclosure, after loading activates the process by pressing cycle START. The lifter will transfer automatically into the washing bath for ultrasonic cleaning; SSC-M, an economic version without lifting mechanism.

Both systems with common process feature integrated such as overflow with level sensor protection, pump & filter circulating with gauge for pressure indicate, heater for liquid with digital temperature control & setting, in term of air blow SSC-M with air gun manually blow off the water or chemical after wash.
